Parking derails hotel plan in Gilford

What would have been Gilford’s first corporate hotel failed to receive the necessary variance to reduce the number of parking spaces from 102, as required by ordinance, to 80 as requested for the 78-room hotel.

NH Comprehensive Shoreland Protect Final Rules Proposed

Portsmouth is a great town to visit

And after this project it seems it will be even better. Portsmouth is about an hour south of the Lakes Region. My wife and I, both having gone to business school near Portsmouth and I who worked on Bow Street, love get back and visit downtown Portsmouth.

PORTSMOUTH — The city is gearing up for what will be the largest construction project in the central business district since the 1970s urban renewal project and trying to create a plan that will mitigate various issues related to this Portwalk development.
